Biomechanical Accuracy

The J5 Digital Anatomy 3D Printer is 510k cleared for clinical diagnostics. When you combine the ability to print with ISO 10993-1:2018 and ISO 18563-1:2017 biocompaitble materials along with the materials that can be used in a range of sterilization methods, you have the medical powerhouse needed in a facility-friendly environment.

The J5 Digital Anatomy 3D Printer is a full-color printer with the capacity to print four materials including two biocompatible resins.
Full-color capability allows for realistic modeling that can set labs apart in the marketplace.

Print Realistic Models on the J5 Digital Anatomy Printer with RadioMatrix Material

Radiomatrix

BoneMatrix enables the creation of medical models with realistic features for X-ray and CT imaging, providing exceptional visibility of anatomical structures, medical devices, and implants for surgical navigation, training, and testing.

Stratasys BoneMatrix material

BoneMatrix

BoneMatrix creates intricate material depositing patterns that imitate porous bone structures, fibrotic tissues, and ligaments. It is a resilient and flexible material with memory to maintain its shape.

Stratasys GelMatrix Material for J8 DAP

GelMatrix

GelMatrix enables the printing of intricate vascular structures in various sizes. The advanced material has a pudding-like consistency, making it easy to clean blood vessel models by removing the internal support material.

Stratasys TissueMatrix Material J5 DAP

TissueMatrix

Utilizing the softest commercially available 3D printing material, TissueMatrix allows you to create models that closely resemble native organ tissue in terms of feel and behavior when subjected to force.
Overview

A compact platform now enables the creation of both visual and functional anatomical models with high biomechanical precision and realism

The cost-effective, compact medical modeling printer offers multi-material and multicolor capabilities, allowing you to create brilliantly vivid anatomical models that are sterilizable and biocompatible.
