What is an Application Mentoring Session?
An Application Mentoring Session is the opportunity to meet with one of our highly skilled GoEngineer Application Engineers. Allowing you the opportunity to explore the full scope of your technology investment in a personalized and focused setting. Ask questions, discuss problems or get demonstrations in any engineering area or SOLIDWORKS product.
Intended Use: Round table forums on learning more about how the software is used and applied to specific company needs.

An AMS is an Application Mentoring Session. This is an exclusive benefit that GoEngineer offers to our customers. AMS should be leveraged to understand, use, and optimize the capabilities of the software to accomplish your engineering and design goals. Success Plan Customers receive additional AMS.
The agenda is 100% decided by the customer, however, our experts can make recommendations on which session topics have been most impactful for other customers. Customers may decide on a specific topic or choose from a list. https://goeng.io/AMSmenu
AMS is a virtual, 60-minute session, recordable by request.
AMS can be scheduled for an individual or for a group.
AMS can be scheduled through the customer portal or by contacting your Account Manager.
AMS does not include design consulting or engineering recommendations. However, AMS can be used to understand, use, and optimize the capabilities of the software to accomplish your engineering and design goals.
AMS sessions are not intended to be combined for an extended session. You may request a quote for half day or full day rate of services with one of our experts.
No. AMS sessions are only provided virtually.
Because every Electrical and PDM implementation is customized for each organization, these requests need more tailored solutions and attention from select product specialists. If your organization has worked with the GoEngineer PDM and/or Electrical team before, please contact your Account Manager for scheduling. If you are new to GoEngineer, please submit your request to info@goengineer.com
