You can expect to work with the same amazing Computer Aided Technology team you know and love, now with even more resources and support. If you are a SOLIDWORKS customer of Computer Aided Technology, GoEngineer will honor all annual support & maintenance agreements previously placed and paid for with Computer Aided Technology and GoEngineer will become your complete support provider. GoEngineer will also honor all annual Stratasys support/maintenance agreements previously placed and paid for with Computer Aided Technology.

GoEngineer brings a new toll-free technical support hotline, 1-888-559-6167, staffed with fully certified SOLIDWORKS Support Technicians, available for 12 continuous hours throughout the business day beginning at 7:00 a.m. Central Time. GoEngineer’s hotline serves customers during standard business hours, across the Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones.

GoEngineer will become your complete support provider. Combining the highest level of technical and application support  resources of GoEngineer and CATI, GoEngineer will be your complete support provider across the United States.

GoEngineer offers a toll-free technical support hotline for additive manufacturing available from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time 1-855-470-0647.

In addition, GoEngineer operates multiple training/support centers for use by your remote employees, contractors, partners, or other divisions of your company.
