New for 2022 gives us the ability to have multiple technology databases. Allowing us to add a new TechDB on the fly and quickly switch between which database is active. Whether you are just do machining or laser work we can quickly share a TechDB and add it in and make it active to transition from one type of work to the other. Also new for 2022, is the ability to search for a tool allow us to quickly narrow down to a specific tool without having to scroll though all available tools. When looking at how a part will be machined being able to step though the toolpaths is key. New for 2022 we can turn on the endpoints and have them be colored for better visibility. SOLIDWORKS CAM Pro has always been able to mill assemblies. With 2022 SW CAM Pro we can work with turned assemblies. No more just having a standard chuck and hoping it works. I have the exact chuck that is being used for the job
