Titanium Assistant software complements the operation of the Stratasys Neo® line of SL 3D printers. While not fundamentally required to operate a Neo, it is a companion program that I rely on as a daily user. It excels at workflow optimization and efficiency and allows any number of Neo's to be monitored remotely. Titanium Assistant empowers Neo operators to control three crucial aspects of the printing process from their local computer: file preparation, queue management, and machine management.
The Stratasys NEO is a large-format Stereolithography (SL) 3D printer capable of printing full-scale, injection-molded-quality, functional parts. Removing residual resin from SL parts is a fundamental step in the process. PostProcess Technologies offers a solution that perfectly complements the scale and volume of what the Stratasys NEO can build: the DEMI 4000 Series.
One of the most significant advantages of the Stratasys H350 SAF 3D printer is the ability to consider packing a build in 3D space. Since SAF uses a powderbed process, parts are “supportless”, being suspended in the Nylon powder. As a result, hundreds of parts can be tightly packed into a build, limited only by part geometry and nesting strategy. High throughput is the name of the game and this machine is meant for production.
