(2) MetraSCAN-R BLACK|Elite (ISO 17025 accredited): Based on VDI/VDE 2634 part 3 standard. Sphere-spacing error is assessed with traceable length artefacts by measuring these at different locations and orientations within the working volume.

3D SCANNING SOFTWARE PLATFORM

Creaform’s VXelements provides a fully integrated 3D software platform that powers the entire fleet of 3D scanning and measurement technologies. It gathers all the essential elements (VXscan, VXprobe, VXshot) and tools into a user-friendly, simple and sleek working environment.





ADDITIONAL Software
The Cube-R can accomodate any part that can fit through the door opening, which is 3.1 m wide. The platform can hold parts up to 3000lbs in weight.
Scans are accurate up to 78 microns.
The Creaform R-Series Cube-R garage door has a safety stop to avoid collisions. Floor sensors insure that the garage door will not close, and the arm will not move while operators are inside of the enclosure. Emergency stops are found on the brake, teach pendant, and on the Cube itself.
For the average part, it will take 1-1.5 hours. Once you have the initial setup, that program is saved and you can easily make upgrades or modifications in less time.
