RAPID + TCT 2025 Stratasys Announcements – 4 New Products

Article by Erica Manzella on Apr 16, 2025

Stratasys hit the ground running at RAPID + TCT 2025 in Detroit, Michigan, with four powerful product releases, each serving as a direct response to user feedback on existing 3D printing limitations.

Can you make PolyJet parts that are stronger?

ToughONE Material – PolyJet Parts More Resilient Than Ever

PolyJet 3D printed parts have long been prized for their stunning high resolution but often lacked the strength and functional properties necessary for more rigorous applications. Now, with the breakthrough release of ToughONE (compatible with the J850 Pro and J850 Prime lineup), PolyJet parts can be both beautiful and durable, allowing engineers to put their designs to the ultimate test. This new material is a huge step forward, expanding the application from functional prototypes to end-use manufacturing parts with 5 times the impact resistance of other PolyJet materials, increased flexibility, and heat resistance up to 77o Celsius.
