The Objet30 Pro combines the accuracy and versatility of a high-end rapid prototyping machine with the small footprint of a desktop 3D printer. Powered by PolyJet technology, it offers seven different 3D printing materials, among them clear and high-temperature, and features the industry’s highest level print resolution so you get smooth surfaces, small moving parts, and thin walls. With a roomy tray size of 11.81 × 7.87 × 5.9 in., the Objet30 Pro is ideal for prototyping consumer goods, consumer electronics, medical devices, and more. Simulate Plastics

The Objet30 Pro features four rigid opaque materials in a variety of colors. They all feature dimensional stability and high-detail visualization and are designed to simulate plastics that closely resemble the end product.

Realistic & vibrant colors

Simulated acrylic

– Transparent material similar to Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA)
– Used to Simulate Transparent Products
– Blend together or with other materials to change properties
• Hardness | Opacities | Hues

– Simulated clear and transparent parts
– Fit and form prototypes
– See-through parts & visual aids

 

 

Durus

Simulated Polypropylene

– Developed to simulate common consumer thermoplastic
– Improved resilience and elongation while remaining rigid
– Good for parts with delicate features and small cavities
• Hardness | Flexibility | Translucency | Heat resistance
– Wash-away or soluble support available

 

Potential applications:

– Fit, form, function prototypes
– Snap-fit features
– Living hinges

 

 

Rigur

Simulated Polypropylene

– Advanced simulated polypropylene material
– Improved durability, toughness, and fatigue resistance
– Excellent option for blending with other materials
– Bright white color ideal for some aesthetic applications

High Temperature

For when it’s HOT

– Rigid, opaque material with elevated heat resistance
– Ideal for static parts or thermal testing parts
– Good strength and stiffness
– Pair with PolyJet rubber-like materials for added function

Medically Approved
