DESCRIPTION: This course is an introduction to the Antenna Placement app on the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform. It teaches you how to import antenna models from CST Studio Suite and then evaluate their installed performance at positions on a selected platform (for example, a vehicle, an aircraft, or an electronic device). This course covers the complete simulation workflow from model setup, to simulation execution and postprocessing.

3DEXPERIENCE Antenna Placement Overview
- Overview of different industries that are focused on antenna placement
- CST functionality with the 3DX platform antenna placement app
- Overview of installed antenna performance using the antenna placement app
- Complimentary tools available with CST to help accelerate antenna design and modeling process
- Different resources and guides available
Lesson 2:
Hybrid Solver Simulation
- How the antenna placement app invokes Hybrid Solver (HS) technology available in CST to efficiently simulate installed antenna performance at different locations
- HS helps to solve multiscale problems
- Overview of different solvers used for antenna placement
Lesson 3:
3DEXPERIENCE Antenna Placement Interface
- Introduction to the antenna placement assistant guide in 3DX
- Steps the user needs to complete in chronological order to obtain correct simulation results in the antenna placement app
- Outputs that can be obtained
- Analysis of different KPIs
