ABS-CF10 is an FDM thermoplastic 3D printing material exclusive to the F123 Series. ABS-CF10 combines the strength and stiffness of carbon fiber filament with the mechanical properties and ease of use of ABS resulting in an engineering thermoplastic ideal for factory floor tooling and jigs and fixture applications. The benefit of 3D printing with ABS is that it can often replace metal, for a lighter and more ergonomic tooling. ABS-CF10 uses soluble support material compared to break-away support. Typical tooling applications when printing with this material include production and assembly, health and safety, and bridge tooling. Typical jigs and fixture applications when printing with this material include drill guides, end effectors, and locating tools. ABS-CF10 is available in black.
