Material Description
VICTREX AM™ 200 is a Stratasys Validated Material compatible with the Fortus 450mc and F900 FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers. Based on LMPAEK™ technology, VICTREX AM™ 200 is part of the PEEK family in the PAEK polymer group.
VICTREX AM™ 200 has characteristics making it easier to 3D print compared to other PEEK and PEKK materials: the lower melt temperature and an optimized recrystallization profile reduce internal stresses and warping and allow more bonding time between layers, resulting in stronger z-axis tensile strength, as compared to other PEEK filaments.
VICTREX AM™ 200 is also compatible with SR-100, allowing for the first time the use of a soluble support material with a high-performance polymer.
