In this video, we create a Cinematic 3D printed DJI FPV drone with a mounted GoPro Hero 11. This DJI FPV Drone is designed and rendered in SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD. Then pushed to GrabCAD and 3D Printed on the Stratasys F770 FDM (Fused Deposition Technology) 3D Printer. The material used to 3d print the frame and battery bay is ABS black. For the DJI FPV Drone video footage, we utilized the DJI FPV system with a GoPro Hero 11 camera that allows you to take cinematic shots in 5.4k @ 60 fps. The 3d printed mount design is compatible with the GoPro Hero 11 Mini as well. The use of the DJI FPV unit allows the user to see in finer detail over an analog system. This DJI FPV drone uses 28mm brushless motors with 7” tri-blade propellers, driven with the latest Speedy Bee V3 F7 Flight stack. By using Stratasys 3D printing technology, we can create a custom 3d printed drone with features like ABS material build strength and a protected battery bay.
